Shambhavi Mishra is a Venture Partner at Mercurius Media Capital.
She is the Head of Portfolio and Growth at Antler, a global early-stage VC fund. She leads portfolio strategy, investor relationships, and works closely with founders to scale startups from zero to one. Previously, Shambhavi led global investment strategy at Times Group, India’s largest media conglomerate, focusing on investments in Consumer Internet, Gaming, and Enterprise SaaS, while also spearheading the establishment of the East Coast office in Canada.
A proud immigrant, Shambhavi is passionate about supporting underrepresented founders and is an active mentor with Google for Startups, QueerTech, and various other organizations dedicated to diversity and inclusion. A former management consultant with McKinsey and IBM, she has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Women Business Leaders from India by Women Entrepreneur Media.
Outside of work, she is an animal lover, aurora chaser, and nature enthusiast.
