Chris Hill is a Consultant at Mercurius Media Capital.
Chris brings over fifteen years of private equity, transactional, and corporate development experience. He is a Managing Director at Edenbase, a London-based venture capital fund. Before Edenbase, Chris was an Investor at Comcast Ventures and served as Principal at Siemer & Associates where he focused on digital media and software startup transactions. He spent his early career as SVP at IMT Capital where he identified growth opportunities and implemented the M&A due diligence process for the firm. In 2013, he was appointed by California’s governor to join the State of California Workforce Investment Board. He received his B.A. in History from Yale. He continues to serve as an advisor to several startups, is a mentor for the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute, and sits on the advisory board for Spark Los Angeles. Chris is a registered General Securities Representative (Series 63 and 79 licenses) with FINRA/SIPC (formerly NASD).
